Pre-order items cannot be cancelled as a special order has been made exclusively for you. Your card is charged when the order is placed so your item can be put into production. However, if you wish to change your item to another garment which is in stock or arriving sooner, you may do so. The item being exchanged to must be equal to the same value or greater.
Please note that we have no control over when a pre-ordered item arrives, but instead offer estimates. This is due to the designers' production schedules and sometimes an item may arrive several days before or after. Our processing time estimates are usually accurate and we will do our best to meet the due date.
Kindly check out and pay for your pre-order items separately to other items you would like to purchase. This will allow us to ship your other ready stock items straight away. Your pre-order will then be sent after its production finished. Alternatively, the ready stock items will be shipped at the same time as your pre-order items.

Returned item must be in its original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed with original packaging and all tags attached. Clothing soiled with make-up, dirt, food, tanning products or similar will not be accepted.
